2. Data Collected

This website collects the following personal data:

  • Contact form: name, email address and message text, freely provided by the user.
  • Navigation data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access — collected automatically by the web server for security and statistical purposes.
  • My IP tool: when you use the "My IP" page, your public IP address is sent to the third-party service ip-api.com for geolocation. Please refer to their privacy policy for details.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

  • Handling contact requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures): name, email and message are used solely to reply to the user's request.
  • Security and site operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest): server logs are kept to prevent abuse and ensure proper functioning of the service.

4. Data Retention

  • Messages submitted via the contact form are retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which they are deleted.
  • Server logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.

5. Data Sharing

Personal data are not sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties, except:

  • the hosting provider (technical data processor), for the sole purpose of operating the service;
  • where required by law or by competent authorities.

6. Cookies

This website uses only a technical session cookie (PHPSESSID) to manage the language preference (Italian / English). This cookie is strictly necessary for the site to function correctly and does not require consent under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code.

No profiling cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR (Arts. 15–22) you have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • rectify inaccurate data;
  • request erasure ("right to be forgotten");
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • data portability;
  • lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
